Schedule

2 X 120 minute live zoom sessions each week.
Monday and Wednesday 17.00 - 19.00
+ 6 hours of independent coaching practice. There will be some pre-course work to complete and each week you will have a number of practice and reflective tasks to work through.

This is an introductory course in coaching focusing on developing a fundamental understanding of coaching and how this could be useful in your personal and professional life. There is a mix of theory and practice on this course which will allow you to walk away with skills and abilities which you can apply anywhere.

Istanbul is a major city in Turkey that straddles Europe and Asia across the Bosphorus Strait. Its Old City reflects cultural influences of the many empires that once ruled here. In the Sultanahmet district, the open-air, Roman-era Hippodrome was for centuries the site of chariot races, and Egyptian obelisks also remain. The iconic Byzantine Hagia Sophia features a soaring 6th-century dome and rare Christian mosaics.
