I took a 9 month online CELTA course with ITI. I learned so much from my tutors and from teaching practice. The tutors were very professional, knowledgeable, and provided a lot of 1-on-1 support. While I'd had some teaching experience before, I didn't know much about specifically teaching to ESL learners. I now feel very prepared to design and lead ESL lessons. Be warned; the course is a LOT of work, but I think it's worth it.

I believe that ITI maintains a very high standard of quality and professionalism and every asset at their disposal is dedicated to their mission. I will definitely recommend this institution to all those friends and colleagues who would like to pursue their professional development.

CELTA is definitely a must-do for an English language teacher who has not received any formal training in teaching the language... and where better than ITI Istanbul? The application procedures are quite straightforward, the staff are nice and attentive, the location is easily accessible via subway lines, the premises are clean and frequently sanitized and the trainers are knowledgeable, experienced, encouraging and supportive. If you seek real improvement, you had better choose ITI Istanbul.
