It was such a wonderful experience which allowed me to learn a lot during this course. No doubt, it took a lot of hard work for four consecutive weeks, but the knowledge I gained will have a positive impact on my teaching career.

To get enrolled in the course was one of the best decisions of my life. I learned a lot. The tutors were excellent, the staff was helpful, my peers were amazing and we were given all the resources we could need for the training.

I owe a lot of thanks to my tutors who supported me throughout the way and tried their best to make the learning process as smooth as possible. I'm particularly grateful to the tutor Zahra. She is not only a professional teacher but also a good psychologist as well. She was able to understand our characters, strengths and weaknesses for a short period of time, and sometimes I thought that she knew me better than I did. I came here with prior teaching experience. When I started my career path, it took me a while to get my bearing, mostly because there were no other people who understood our methodology and therefore could give practical advice. So, I had to learn everything through trial and error and, of course, I made mistakes which could be chalked up to inexperience. Now, when the CELTA course is finished, I feel much more confident. I have become familiar with lots of techniques to build fluency, create student-centered lessons and ways to provide feedback. The whole course is well-organized and, despite the intensity, you will face challenges step by step and fill up your cup of knowledge a little bit every day. The typical CELTA day starts with an input session where we learn some theory and techniques. Don't worry, you will not be bored as it's not a university lecture but rather an interactive discussion. I really appreciate that the majority of the course is focused on teaching practice, since it provides the opportunity not only to gain theoretical knowledge but also apply it in a real classroom. Then, after the lunch break, you receive feedback and have the possibility to discuss details with tutors and peers. No one blames you. Even though your performance might not be good, they always find positive moments.

I had the best experience at ITI while doing my CELTA. The institute is thoughtfully designed and carefully maintained, with a fully equipped library and all the necessary facilities to support the courses offered. Although the location was a bit far for me, it’s centrally situated and has everything you might need—restaurants, mosques, grocery stores, etc.—within walking distance. I want to extend special appreciation to the tutors, Alyona and Robyn. They are highly professional and incredibly supportive. They know exactly when to step in and when to let you make your own decisions, allowing you to face challenges and grow. Their constructive feedback and guidance were instrumental in helping me develop as a teacher and gain greater self-awareness.

My experience was really fruitful, exceptional and incredible. My tutors and my peers were all great. I feel I'm ready to teach right away.
