It was a great experience to be trained by such a knowledgeable group of trainers. The sessions were clearly structured and thought provoking. The loop approach to each session was delivered by people who genuinely cared about our development and I would, without hesitation, entrust the future training of our teachers into their hands. After getting to know some of the staff and after gaining some insight into the philosophy of the institute I am excited to work with ITI in offering CELT-P & CELT-S online programmes to our teachers. Tom & Liz were both extremely helpful when offering me advice on these courses and I was able to come away with a good overall picture of how my current employers can implement the courses for our teachers. Furthermore Liz's encouragement regarding the DELTA has made me consider taking the online version over the next 12 months with ITI.

It was an awesome experience, but it could be done with less stress and tension by giving a comprehensive guideline before the course about the syllabus, so that we would know what will happen in the course.
