The tutors are very knowledgeable and I have learned so much in 4 weeks. The administrative staffs are very helpful and friendly. The institution is very clean and comfortable, thanks to the cleaning staff. One of the most important facility is the library and the copy machine which are very well maintained and is really helpful when preparing teaching materials. I am very thankful to have the opportunity to take CELTA course at ITI.

I've had a real intensive course and learned so many useful things that affects my career for sure. I'm so happy that I went to ITI to get my CELTA certification because everything was well-prepared and well-organized.

I did my Module 1 and 3 courses with ITI. I found the 'how to' guides as well as writing style guides extremely useful. I always knew what I was supposed to be doing and when it was due. The forum was great for addressing any issues that arouse while writing our papers and I appreciate Sally patiently answering sometimes obvious and repetitive questions that trainees come up with at the moment of panic. Overall, a very positive experience and I got Distinction for Module 1 and Merit for Module 3!
