The course was just what I needed to really shape my module 3. I don't think I could have completed the project successfully on my own. The insight of the tutors on each section helped me to clarify and consolidate the weaker areas. As management theory is new to me, it was a great guiding light. Thanks to ITI, and especially to Sally for all the feedback and also very active and prompt answers to questions on the forums.

Although the course was literally intense, I had he most beneficial teaching experience in my life within a four weeks time; and my teaching perspective has totally changed 180 degrees after taking this course. The tutors are so friendly and fun which makes it more interesting. I believe that I got the most out of this experience during a very short time which couldn't happen without the supportive atmosphere created by the tutors and the institute in general. I'm very grateful to everyone in the ITI and I'm sure I will come back to this lovely institute for further training.
