Well planned out course and timeline. Lesson planner was helpful but too many people for the resource room at times made lesson planning more stressful than it needed to be. Many people would save material to specific computers and wanted to use those computers, even if you were already on it. Likewise some computers had digital versions of books and some did not. If you would network the entire place access to a personal folder and digital books would be available anywhere
