Generally, I am satisfied with most of the zoom sessions that you could also watch later since they were recorded and the feedback I received by most of the tutors was accurate and helpful. However, I am not satisfied with the materials provided since I believe that that we could have been given more guidance on the exam tasks and not just lists of books to read. Maybe a bank with useful language for each task would be more useful or a list of topics to cover with possible answers for paper 2 task 3 because not all candidates have the time to create their own bank and this is something that I would expect from a paid course.

It's sheer luck that I have found this amazing institution in such turbulent time. The staff, the tutors, and the overall organisation of the online course were simply superb. The tutors are quite friendly and helpful, but some of them seem less energetic/interested in hearing from the students; there should be some sort of assessment/observation to ensure that tutors can still inject their own personal style to the lessons, but the degree of standards wouldn't vary too much.

A good refresher on all aspects of teaching for someone like me who has been away from teaching for some years, before starting again.

All was brilliantly exposed to us, in a friendly environment. The tutors were always ready to help us with our questions. Even though I am going to sit the exam in December, they gave me suggestions and were always committed to us students.
